Peer Review Policy

Peer Review Policy

Manuscripts submitted for evaluation must be approved by all listed authors and must not have been previously published or simultaneously submitted to another journal.

Upon submission, manuscripts undergo a preliminary screening, including a plagiarism check using turnitin software. Those passing this stage are assessed by the Editors-in-Chief based on their originality, methodology, relevance to the journal's scope, and the significance of the research.

Manuscripts meeting the journal’s formal and ethical criteria are assigned to at least two national or international reviewers for a double-blind peer review process. Authors must revise their work in line with reviewers’ feedback before final approval for publication.

Editorial and Reviewer Responsibilities

The Editors-in-Chief evaluate manuscripts solely on their academic merit, without discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, religion, political beliefs, or any other personal characteristics. All submissions remain strictly confidential before publication.

The Editors-in-Chief are responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of published content, issuing corrections when necessary, and preventing conflicts of interest between authors, editors, and reviewers. The final decision on publication rests exclusively with the Editors-in-Chief, who also assign reviewers.

Reviewers must remain impartial, avoiding conflicts of interest with authors, the research, or funding sources. They must maintain confidentiality and report any suspected plagiarism or copyright infringement to the editor.

If a reviewer feels unqualified to assess a manuscript or is unable to complete the review promptly, they must inform the editor and withdraw from the process.

The Editors-in-Chief ensure that the double-blind peer review process remains confidential. Reviewers and editorial board members are prohibited from discussing manuscripts with third parties. In some cases, the editor may share one reviewer’s comments with another to clarify a specific issue.

Peer Review Process

Manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review to ensure a fair and unbiased evaluation. After passing a plagiarism check, they are reviewed by the Editors-in-Chief for academic quality, adherence to the journal’s scope, and compliance with ethical standards.

Selected manuscripts are assigned to at least two external reviewers, who assess them based on:

  • Originality and contribution to the field

  • Clarity and accuracy of the abstract

  • Significance and clarity of the research problem

  • Thoroughness of the methodology

  • Validity of interpretations and conclusions

  • Adequacy of references to existing literature

  • Overall quality of writing and language

Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and notify the editor if they detect plagiarism or copyright violations. If a reviewer is unable to evaluate the manuscript, they should withdraw from the process.

The Editors-in-Chief ensure anonymity in the review process and may share reviewers’ comments with one another to clarify specific issues. The final decision regarding publication is based on the reviewers’ feedback and subsequent revisions by the authors.
