First Issue of TAUHFD is Published!

The Journal, which is planned to be published twice a year, is intended to include articles that are particularly of interest in terms of legal practice and theory. Articles may include scientific studies or reports. The Journal will have a special focus on case law (case reviews) as well as new scholarly works (book reviews). It is also envisaged to include issues relating to legal education and support of young scholars is highly promoted. The next issue of the Journal is planned to be published in December 2019.
